This wine is produced by Pepper Tree Wines, located in The Hunter Valley, NSW.
Several outstanding Semillons came from this 2005 vintage. It has intense guava and passionfruit flavours with subtle herbaceous tones, coupled with mouth watering lime acidity. Expect complex flavours to develop with medium to long term cellaring.
