Poole’s Rock’s "Cockfighter’s Ghost", and "Firestick" ranges are produced by renowned Hunter Valley winemaker, Patrick Auld. Grapes are drawn from the best regions in Australia and include local grapes.
The cellar door site has a long history of winemaking, back to 1895 and the current premises are a busy yet intimate setting.
