Tower Estate provides 5 star accomodation on the premises and has a restaurant.
Tower Estate Winery was designed with the latest equipment but uses traditional techniques to make the wines. Normally only 1000 cases are made per year, with each vintage running from late January to early May. After being hand picked, grapes are stored in the specially designed cooling room at 2 degrees celsius between arrival to processing. All wine is hand made, from picking, through tirage, sorting and open fermenters that are hand plunged or bunch pressed daily. The Barrel Room is kept at 13 degrees celsius all yeafr round and barrels are stored one high, allowing regular barrel topping and weekly checks. Both French and American Oak is used.
